Who We Serve

Five kinds of clients. One standard.

TIH Signature Experiences produces events for coaches and consultants running retreats, founders raising capital, companies bringing leadership together, sponsors hosting guests around major events, and private groups who need discretion more than visibility. Different rooms, different guest lists, same production standard, same contract discipline, same revenue work.

The Short Answer

Who hires a destination management company?

People with a serious event to run and no internal events department to run it. The event has an outcome attached: a program to sell, capital to raise, a leadership team to align, a sponsor relationship to deepen, or a group of guests who expect to be looked after properly.

Our clients don't all look alike. What they share is the decision to hand the venue, the vendors, the contracts, the guest logistics, and the insurance to one firm, and to hold that firm to the result.

  • A decision-maker who can sign and a project lead who can answer
  • A budget they're willing to say out loud on the first call
  • An outcome the event is supposed to produce, in writing
  • A guest list that expects the details to be handled
  • A preference for one contract over five invoices
Clients

Who do we serve?

Five client types. Each one gets the full firm, not a scaled-down version of it.

Client 01 Retreats coaches, consultants, small business owners
01

Coaches, consultants, and small business owners

You're producing a paid retreat, a client retreat, or a mastermind weekend, and the program has to sell out and pay for itself. You've run events before, usually on top of your actual work, and you know exactly how much of your own time the last one cost.

  • Retreat programs priced against what your audience will pay
  • Venue sourcing across the Hill Country, the ranch corridors, and the resort properties in all four markets
  • Guest experience designed hour by hour, from the welcome gift to the last breakfast
  • The marketing campaign built and run by our team in full production
  • Every vendor contracted, insured, and managed under one invoice
Client 02 Capital investor summits and capital raise events
02

Founders and principals

You're producing an investor summit, a capital raise event, or a milestone convening, and there's a number attached to it. You don't have an events team, and you shouldn't build one for a single weekend.

  • Investor presentation produced to investor-grade standard, with delivery coaching
  • Structured networking: who needs to meet whom, when, and in what setting
  • On-site closing environments with the materials already in the room
  • High-intent attendees identified and routed for follow-up before they leave
  • A revenue performance report against the target after the event closes
Client 03 Leadership offsites, conferences, sales kickoffs
03

Companies and leadership teams

Executive retreats, board offsites, leadership programs, sales kickoffs, investor relations summits, client appreciation, and relocation welcomes. Two to five stakeholders in the decision, a procurement process we plan around instead of fight, and a chief of staff who'd like their actual job back.

  • A single point of contact for your leadership, your finance team, and your procurement office
  • Venue contracts negotiated on rental, minimums, room blocks, force majeure, and cancellation
  • Executive arrivals, room blocks, and VIP floors held under our direct property relationships
  • Run of show, AV, staging, and technical rehearsals for programs of any size
  • Confidentiality agreements with vendors, speakers, and guests where the agenda calls for it
Client 04 Hospitality programs around major events
04

Sponsors and partners

Your organization is already part of a major sporting, cultural, or industry event in one of our four markets. You need the guest experience around it: the suite, the lounge, the hosted-buyer program, the dinner nobody forgets, and the transportation that makes all of it feel effortless.

  • Guest curation and tiered experiences for executives, clients, and prospects
  • Suites, lounges, private dining, and after-hours programming around the main event
  • Ground transportation and arrivals planned around the event's own traffic and security
  • Brand integration at every touchpoint your guests see
  • We aren't affiliated with any event organizer and we don't sell tickets or ticket-inclusive packages
Client 05 Discretion private groups and family offices, referral only
05

Private groups and family offices

Curated destination experiences for family offices, investor circles, and private groups where discretion matters more than visibility. Referral only. An NDA comes before any specifics get discussed, and we prefer it that way.

  • Bespoke itineraries built around the group, never around a package
  • Private dining, cultural programming, and access to properties that don't advertise
  • Confidentiality agreements executed with every vendor and every guest-facing staff member
  • Security, medical, and weather protocols documented before travel
  • One contact for the principal's office from the first conversation to the last car home
What They Share

What do our clients have in common?

The guest lists differ. The reasons people hire us don't.

An outcome attached

A program to fill, capital to raise, a team to align, a relationship to deepen. We work out what the event is supposed to return before we book a single element of it.

No internal events department

The event is being planned on top of someone's actual workload. We take the venue, the vendors, the contracts, the logistics, and the insurance off that person's desk.

A standard to protect

Your guests expect to be looked after, and your brand is in the room whether you planned for it or not. We hold every vendor to your standard so it never slips.

Hospitality

How do we treat your guests?

Texas hospitality runs warmer than most places, and we produce it on purpose. Every guest, from the keynote speaker to the plus-one, is handled the same way.

The arrival

A name at the airport, a car that's already there, a room that's ready, and a welcome that tells your guest exactly what happens next. Nobody stands in a lobby wondering where to go.

The table

Dietary needs tracked from the RSVP to the plate. Seating built around who should meet whom. Service briefed on your brand standard before the first guest sits down.

The follow-through

A thank-you that lands the next morning, the photo gallery and highlight reel inside 30 days, and the introductions your guests asked for, made.

Fit

Who are we not built for?

We'd rather lose the booking than take work we aren't the right firm for. If any of these describe your event, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

  • Weddings, birthdays, and personal milestone events
  • Party planning or hourly event staffing
  • Production outside the United States
  • Full production for an event date inside 180 days
  • Events with no budget and no outcome attached to them
The First Call Straight answer we'll tell you either way
Common Questions

Questions about fit

Do you produce retreats for coaches and small businesses, or only corporate events?

Both, and neither one gets the smaller version. We produce mastermind weekends, client retreats, and paid retreat programs for coaches, consultants, and small business owners alongside executive retreats, leadership offsites, and investor summits for companies. The production standard, the contract discipline, and the revenue work are the same either way.

Do you handle sponsor hospitality around major events?

Yes. We design and produce sponsor and partner hospitality programs around major sporting, cultural, and industry events in our four markets: suites and lounges, hosted-buyer experiences, transportation, and the guest curation behind them. We aren't affiliated with any event organizer and we don't sell tickets or ticket-inclusive packages. We produce the experience around the event your organization is already part of.

How do private groups and family offices work with you?

By referral. An NDA is executed before any specifics get discussed, and confidentiality agreements follow with every vendor and guest-facing staff member on the program. If you've been referred, book the discovery call and mention who sent you.

We don't have an events team. Is that a problem?

It's the reason most clients call. We need one decision-maker who can sign and one project lead who can answer questions inside the windows on the production calendar. Everything else is ours.

What if we aren't sure of our budget yet?

Bring the range you're working with and the outcome you need. Every event is custom and every quote is custom, so the budget conversation happens on the first call. We'll tell you in that conversation whether we're a fit, and which engagement, advisory or full production, matches what you have.

Do you take events outside Texas?

Yes, anywhere in the United States. Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio are home, where we hold venue and vendor relationships directly. We don't produce internationally.

Next Step

Tell us who's in the room and what has to happen.

Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring the date, the guest count, and the budget. We'll tell you on that call whether we're the right firm, and if we're not, we'll tell you who is.
