Luxury destination management for Texas corporate events.

TIH Signature Experiences is a destination management company and event production firm based in Austin, Texas. We produce corporate retreats, executive offsites, investor summits, board gatherings, and client experiences for companies and founders who have a high-stakes event to run and no internal events department to run it. You give us the outcome. We handle the venue, the vendors, the contracts, the guest logistics, the insurance, and the event itself.

The Problem

What problem do we actually solve?

Most companies producing a serious event are doing it with people whose real job is something else. A chief of staff becomes the venue negotiator. A marketing lead becomes the vendor manager. Nobody owns the contracts, and nobody is checking the insurance.

That's the gap we fill. One firm, one contract, one team, from the first site visit to the report that lands after everyone flies home.

  • Your team is planning an event on top of their actual workload
  • Five vendors are sending five invoices and nobody has read the contracts
  • The venue is holding a date you haven't been able to confirm
  • Nobody has verified a single certificate of insurance
  • The event is coming and no one can tell you what it's supposed to return

Capabilities

What we handle

Four areas of work. Most firms sell you the middle two. We think the first and the last are why you'd hire us at all.

01

Revenue engineering

Before we book anything, we work out what the event is supposed to return and design the model that gets it there.

  • Revenue model and projection, built first
  • Ticket tier architecture and pricing
  • Sponsor package design, outreach, and onboarding
  • Investor presentation production and delivery coaching
  • On-site conversion design: who meets whom, where, when
  • Post-event performance report against the target
02

Creative and experience design

The part your guests remember, built around your brand instead of a theme package.

  • Event concept, narrative, and signature moment design
  • Hour-by-hour guest journey from invitation to follow-up
  • Brand activation across every touchpoint
  • Bespoke tours and activities built for your group
  • Private cultural and culinary programming
03

Production and logistics

The work nobody sees, which is most of what you're paying for.

  • Conference and meeting management
  • Venue sourcing, site visits, contract negotiation
  • Hospitality and event staffing
  • Ground transportation and guest movement
  • AV, staging, lighting, and technology
  • Catering and beverage programming
  • Run-of-show execution and day-of management
04

Insurance, risk, and continuity

Twenty-three years of Fortune 500 commercial property underwriting, pointed at your event instead of a portfolio.

  • Every vendor contract reviewed before signature
  • Certificates verified at $1M per occurrence and $1M aggregate
  • Event liability and host liquor coverage secured
  • ADA accessibility audit of venue and program
  • Weather, medical, and security contingency protocols
  • A named backup for every critical vendor
Texas

What does the Texas difference mean?

National firms fly in, run your program off a template, and fly out. We already live here. Four markets, four different economies, four different sets of rules.

We know the calendar

October through April is Texas retreat season. June through September runs 95 to 105 degrees and outdoor programming stops being an option. We build around that instead of apologizing in July.

We know the doors

Some of the best properties in this state take a handful of private groups a year and never advertise. They answer the phone for people they already know.

We keep the room

VIP arrivals, executive floors, and room blocks stay under our direct property relationships. We don't hand your guest experience to a booking platform.

Coverage

Where do we work?

Four markets, covered properly. We'd rather know four cities cold than claim fifty.

Dallas–Fort Worth
Finance · Corporate HQ · Golf

Championship golf and private ranch houses thirty minutes north of downtown, resort buyouts in Frisco, and evening programming nobody expects in this market. The densest corporate headquarters base in Texas.

Houston
Energy · Medicine · International

The most international guest list in the state. Full property buyouts, landmark venues that give a client night an actual story, and rooftops that let the skyline carry the room.

Austin
Technology · Hill Country · Music

Technology money and Hill Country privacy in the same afternoon. Ranches thirty minutes out that take a few private groups a year and never advertise, plus food and music worth building a night around.

San Antonio
Military · Healthcare · Heritage

Three hundred years of history you can hold an event inside. River terraces, historic districts, and hospitality that runs warmer than anywhere else in Texas.

Clients

Who do we serve?

Founders and principals

You're producing an investor summit, a capital raise event, a paid weekend, or a milestone convening, and the event has a number attached to it. You don't have an internal events team and you shouldn't build one for a single weekend.

Corporations

Executive retreats, board offsites, leadership programs, sales kickoffs, investor relations summits, client appreciation, and relocation welcomes. Two to five stakeholders in the decision and a procurement process we plan around instead of fight.

Private groups and family offices

Curated destination experiences where discretion matters more than visibility. Referral only. An NDA comes before any specifics get discussed, and we prefer it that way.

Common Questions

Questions buyers ask first

What is a destination management company, and how is it different from an event planner?

A planner executes logistics you've already decided on. A destination management company owns the destination: venue access, vendor contracting, ground transportation, guest movement, local programming, and on-site operations. TIH Signature Experiences adds one more layer by working out what the event is supposed to return before designing a single element of it.

What cities do you cover in Texas?

Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, plus the Hill Country and the surrounding resort corridors. We hold the vendor relationships and property access directly in all four markets. We serve the United States and we don't produce internationally.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Advisory can start as soon as your proposal is signed. Full production needs an event date at least 180 days out, which gives us time to secure the venue, contract vendors, and build demand. If your date is closer than that, say so on the call and we'll tell you straight what's possible.

What does an engagement cost?

Every event is custom, so every quote is custom. We price by complexity: guest count, number of days, single or multi-venue, sponsor integration, and how much revenue architecture the event needs. You get a flat investment with a phased payment schedule, itemized, with no hourly billing anywhere in it. Bring your budget to the call and we'll tell you in that conversation whether we're a fit.

What kinds of events do you not take?

We're built for corporate and revenue-generating work. If your event needs a wedding planner, a party company, or hourly staffing, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. We'd rather lose the booking than take work we aren't the right firm for.

Are you insured, and do your vendors carry coverage?

TIH Industries LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance, and a certificate is available on request for any contracted event. Every subcontracted vendor carries their own coverage at a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $1M aggregate, verified before anyone works your event.

Who is actually running my event on the day?

One contract, one point of contact, one team. Our executive leadership is on every site visit and on the floor on event day. You will never be handed to a coordinator you've never met the week of.

Next Step

Tell us what the event is supposed to produce.

Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring the date, the guest count, and the budget. We'll tell you on that call whether we're the right firm, and if we're not, we'll tell you who is.
