This is the first conversation with TIH Signature Experiences. We'll talk through the event you're planning, whether that's a retreat, an executive offsite, an investor summit, a conference, a sponsor hospitality program, or a private experience, and we'll tell you on the call whether we're the right firm and which engagement fits. Choose a time on the calendar.

Before the Call
  • The date, or the window you're working with
  • The guest count, even if it's a range
  • The budget you're willing to say out loud
  • What the event is supposed to produce: a program filled, capital raised, a team aligned, a relationship deepened
  • Whether anyone else is already managing vendors or the venue
After the Call

A straight answer

Before the call ends, you'll know whether we're a fit and whether the work is advisory or full production. If we aren't the right firm, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

A custom proposal within five business days

Statement of work, phase-by-phase deliverables, a timeline with milestone gates, and a flat investment with a phased payment schedule. No hourly billing anywhere in it.

Kickoff within seven days of signing

Ninety minutes with your decision-maker, your project lead, and your finance contact. The production calendar locks and the work begins.

Advisory can start as soon as the proposal is signed. Full production needs an event date at least 180 days out. If your date is closer than that, say so on the call and we'll tell you what's possible.
