What We Do

Four areas of work under one contract.

TIH Signature Experiences is a luxury destination management company producing retreats, executive offsites, investor summits, conferences, sponsor hospitality programs, and bespoke private experiences across Texas. We handle four things most firms split across four vendors: the revenue model, the experience design, the production, and the risk. You sign one contract and talk to one team.

The Short Answer

What does a destination management company actually do?

A planner executes logistics you've already decided on. A destination management company owns the destination: venue access, vendor contracting, ground transportation, guest movement, local programming, and on-site operations.

We add one more layer. Before we book a single element, we work out what the event is supposed to return, and we design everything else to get it there.

  • Venue sourcing, site visits, and contract negotiation
  • Vendor contracting with every certificate of insurance verified
  • Guest logistics from the invitation to the ride home
  • Programming built around your brand and your city
  • A revenue model designed before the first deposit goes out
Capabilities

The four areas of work

Most firms sell you the middle two. We think the first and the last are why you'd hire us at all.

01

Revenue engineering

Most events are budgeted as a cost. We design them as an investment with a documented return, and we measure it afterward.

  • Revenue model with conservative, realistic, and aggressive scenarios
  • Ticket tier architecture and pricing set against what your audience will pay
  • Sponsor package design, target list, pitch materials, and onboarding
  • Investor presentation production and delivery coaching
  • Structured networking and on-site closing environments: who meets whom, where, when
  • Post-event performance report measured against the target
02

Creative and experience design

The part your guests remember, built around your brand instead of a theme package.

  • Event concept, narrative arc, and one or two signature moments
  • Hour-by-hour guest journey from invitation to follow-up
  • Guest curation and tiered experiences for VIPs, sponsors, and attendees
  • Bespoke tours, private dining, and cultural programming in each market
  • Brand integration at every touchpoint, from arrival to the gift in the room
  • Photography and videography briefed to a shot list before doors open
03

Production and logistics

The work nobody sees, which is most of what you're paying for.

  • Venue long list, short list, and site visits with our leadership present
  • Contract negotiation: rental, minimums, room blocks, force majeure, cancellation
  • Hospitality staffing briefed on your brand standard before the first guest arrives
  • Ground transportation, airport arrivals, and executive car service
  • AV, staging, lighting, livestream, and technical rehearsals
  • Catering and beverage programs with every dietary need tracked from RSVP to service
  • A minute-by-minute run of show and day-of management
04

Insurance, risk, and continuity

Twenty-three years of Fortune 500 commercial property underwriting, pointed at your event instead of a portfolio.

  • Every vendor contract reviewed against our risk framework before signature
  • Certificates of insurance verified at $1M per occurrence and $1M aggregate
  • Event liability and host liquor coverage secured
  • ADA accessibility audit of the venue and the program
  • Weather, medical, and security contingency protocols documented
  • A named backup for every critical vendor
  • Confidentiality agreements for vendors, speakers, and guests where the event calls for it
Two Ways to Work With Us

Advisory or full production?

Every engagement takes one of two shapes. Which one fits depends on whether you have a team to execute.

Advisory

You have people who can run the event. You need the strategy hardened before they do. We deliver the revenue architecture, the destination and venue strategy, the guest experience map, the risk framework, and the production timeline, consolidated into a playbook your team or outside producer executes. Advisory starts as soon as the proposal is signed and delivers in 30 to 90 days.

Full production

You want one firm to own the event from the signed proposal to the report that lands after everyone flies home. We source, negotiate, contract, design, market, run the event on the ground, and measure the return. Full production requires an event date at least 180 days out.

Advisory clients who step up to full production within 90 days of their playbook receive credit for the advisory engagement.

Event Types

What kinds of events do we produce?

Retreats and masterminds

Client retreats, paid retreat programs, and mastermind weekends for coaches, consultants, and small business owners. The production standard is the same one we bring to a board offsite.

Executive offsites and leadership programs

Board gatherings, leadership offsites, strategy sessions, and incentive programs where the room, the pace, and the privacy matter as much as the agenda.

Investor summits and capital raise events

Deal-flow events with a number attached. Pitch deck, closing rooms, and a follow-up plan built before the invitations go out.

Conferences, convenings, and sales kickoffs

Multi-day programs with speakers, sponsors, registration, and a run of show that holds up when three hundred people walk in at once.

Sponsor and partner hospitality

Suites, lounges, hosted-buyer experiences, and guest curation around major sporting, cultural, and industry events in our four markets. We produce the experience around the event your organization is already part of.

Bespoke private experiences

Curated destination experiences for family offices, investor circles, and private groups. Referral only. An NDA comes before any specifics get discussed.

Scope

What we don't take

We'd rather lose the booking than take work we aren't the right firm for. If any of these describe your event, we'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

  • Weddings, birthdays, and personal milestone events
  • Party planning or hourly event staffing
  • Production outside the United States
  • Full production for an event date inside 180 days
  • Engagements where someone else manages the vendors we're responsible for
Common Questions

Questions about scope

Do you handle marketing for the event, or only the logistics?

Both, depending on the engagement. Full production includes the complete marketing campaign: invitations, landing pages, email sequences, social content, print collateral, and the registration platform, deployed and managed by our team. Advisory designs the marketing strategy and the channel plan, and your team executes it.

Do you book speakers, facilitators, and entertainment?

In full production, yes. We build the target list, handle outreach and contracts, manage honoraria and travel, and run the green room on the day. Advisory engagements include the strategy for who belongs on the stage, and your team does the booking.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, with a boundary. A vendor you insist on, such as an existing photographer or entertainer, is documented in the engagement letter as client-managed. We coordinate with them, and our responsibility for their performance is limited to that coordination. Every other vendor is contracted, briefed, and managed by us so the standard holds across the whole event.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes, anywhere in the United States. Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio are home, where we hold venue and vendor relationships directly. We don't produce internationally.

What does an engagement cost?

Every event is custom, so every quote is custom. We price by complexity: guest count, number of days, single or multi-venue, sponsor integration, and how much revenue architecture the event needs. You get a flat investment with a phased payment schedule, itemized, with no hourly billing anywhere in it. Bring your budget to the call and we'll tell you in that conversation whether we're a fit.

Next Step

Start with the outcome, not the venue.

Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what the event is supposed to produce, and we'll tell you which engagement fits, or whether we're the right firm at all.
