Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

TIH Signature Experiences is a luxury destination management company and event production firm operated by TIH Industries LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("TIH Signature Experiences," "we," "us," or "our"). Our office is at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 23032, Austin, Texas 78731.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit www.tihsignatureexperiences.com and its subpages (the "Site"), submit an inquiry or intake form, book a discovery call, or otherwise communicate with us about our services. It also explains the choices you have about that information.

This policy does not cover information we receive under a signed client agreement in order to produce an event. That information is governed by the client agreement and by Section 4 below.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, the type of event you're planning, target market, target date, estimated guest count, estimated budget range, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to write in a message field.
  • Discovery call booking: your name, email address, phone number, time zone, and the appointment details you select.
  • Discovery intake: the answers you provide in our intake questionnaire about your organization, event goals, timeline, decision-makers, and budget.
  • Direct communications: the contents of emails, calls, text messages, and social media messages you send us.
  • Call recordings and notes: discovery calls and client sessions run on Google Meet and may be recorded and transcribed by Google's Gemini note-taking tool so we have an accurate record of what was discussed. We tell you when a call is being recorded, and you can ask us not to record before the call begins. Recordings and transcripts are used only for our internal notes and are kept for 24 months.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, our hosting platform and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 5 collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from other sources

We may receive your business contact information from a referral partner who introduces you to us, from publicly available professional sources such as your company website or LinkedIn profile, or from a client who names you as a stakeholder on an event.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, and conduct discovery calls;
  • evaluate whether we're the right firm for your event and prepare a proposal if we are;
  • communicate with you about an inquiry, proposal, or engagement;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding which pages are useful and where visitors arrive from;
  • measure the performance of our own advertising on Meta and LinkedIn and show our advertising to people who have visited the Site, as described in Section 5;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights, our clients, and our vendors.

We use the information you submit through the Site to respond to you and to evaluate a potential engagement. We do not add you to a marketing email list or send you promotional email because you submitted a form or booked a call. If we ever begin sending marketing email, we'll ask for your permission first and every such email will include a working unsubscribe link, which we'll honor within ten business days as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.

4. Event guest information we handle for clients

When we produce an event, our client may give us information about attendees, speakers, sponsors, and guests, such as names, contact details, travel details, room preferences, dietary requirements, and accessibility accommodation requests. We process that information only to plan and deliver the event under our agreement with the client. We share it with venues, caterers, transportation providers, and other vendors only to the extent each vendor needs it to perform its role, and every vendor signs our operating standards, which treat guest names, identities, and contact information as confidential.

We do not sell guest information, use it for our own marketing, or keep it longer than the client agreement and our record retention practices require. Dietary and accommodation details are used only to serve the guest and are shared only with the vendor who has to act on them. If you're a guest at an event we produce and you have a question about your information, contact us using Section 12 and we'll coordinate with the client who invited you.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies

The Site uses the following technologies. Each vendor's own privacy policy governs how that vendor handles data.

  • Systeme.io (ITACWT Limited, Dublin, Ireland) hosts the Site, our forms, and our discovery call calendar and sets cookies needed for the Site and calendar to function. Systeme.io privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures Site traffic. Google's explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) measures our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Site. Manage this in your Meta ad preferences; Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) measures our advertising on LinkedIn and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Site. Opt out at LinkedIn's retargeting opt-out; LinkedIn's privacy policy is at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are used for targeted advertising: they let us show our own ads to people based on their visit to the Site. You can opt out of this use at any time by using the vendor controls above, by using the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool, by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by emailing us at contact@tihindustries.com with the subject line "Opt out of targeted advertising." Blocking cookies may affect how the Site and the booking calendar work.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. We do not currently respond to those signals. Use the controls described above to opt out.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf and under our instructions: our website and form host (Systeme.io), our business productivity and email provider (Google Workspace, including Google Forms and Google Sheets, which receive intake and inquiry submissions, and Google Meet and Gemini, which host and transcribe calls), our analytics and advertising measurement providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and our document signature and accounting providers once you become a client.
  • Event vendors such as venues, hotels, caterers, transportation companies, and production crews, only as needed to deliver an event you've engaged us to produce.
  • Referral partners who introduced you to us, limited to whether the introduction qualified and whether an engagement resulted, so we can honor our referral agreement with them. Our referral partners are bound by written confidentiality obligations and receive nothing else about you from us.
  • Legal and safety purposes: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TIH Signature Experiences, our clients, our guests, or others.
  • Business transfers: if TIH Industries LLC or the TIH Signature Experiences business is sold, merged, or reorganized, personal information may transfer to the successor, which will be bound by this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell sensitive personal information, for money or for any other consideration. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and discovery call records for as long as we're evaluating or discussing an engagement with you, and for 12 months after you tell us you no longer want to hear from us. Signed agreements and payment records are kept for seven years. Client deliverables and event records are kept for three years after an engagement closes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of each vendor named in Section 5. When a retention period ends, we permanently delete the record from our systems and from any archive holding it.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted platforms, and vendor agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we discover a breach of system security affecting sensitive personal information, we'll notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and within the time required by Texas Business and Commerce Code Section 521.053, and we'll notify the Texas Attorney General when the law requires it.

9. Your privacy rights and how to exercise them

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under a state privacy law such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541). Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we extend the following rights to every person whose information we hold:

  • Access: confirm whether we're processing your personal information and receive a copy of it.
  • Correction: correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete personal information you provided or that we obtained about you.
  • Portability: receive a copy of the personal information you provided in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Opt out: opt out of targeted advertising as described in Section 5. We do not sell personal information and we do not make decisions about you through profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tihindustries.com with the subject line "Privacy request," call (972) 812-2454, or write to the address in Section 12. We'll need enough information to verify that you're the person the request concerns, and we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have on file. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides your written permission.

We'll respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time because of the complexity or number of requests, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will tell you why within the first 45 days. You may make up to two requests in any twelve-month period free of charge. If we decline a request, we'll tell you why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision with the subject line "Privacy appeal," and we'll respond in writing within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Children

The Site is directed to business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@tihindustries.com and we'll delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

TIH Signature Experiences provides services in the United States only and operates the Site from Texas. Our hosting provider stores Site and booking data in the European Union, and our other service providers process data in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you're transferring your information to jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We do not direct the Site or our services to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Terms of Use

Effective September 26, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TIH Industries LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as TIH Signature Experiences ("TIH Signature Experiences," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of www.tihsignatureexperiences.com and its subpages, forms, and booking tools (the "Site"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes our destination management, event production, and advisory services and lets you contact us or book a complimentary discovery call. The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, a quotation, or a commitment of dates, venues, vendors, or pricing. Every engagement is defined by a separate written proposal and services agreement signed by both parties (a "Client Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or book a call. The Site is intended for business and professional use.

4. Discovery calls, inquiries, and intake

  • Discovery calls are complimentary, last about 30 minutes, and carry no obligation on either side. Booking a call doesn't create a client relationship, reserve a date, or obligate us to submit a proposal.
  • We may decline any inquiry or engagement at our discretion, and we'll tell you if we do.
  • You agree that the information you give us in forms, intake questionnaires, and calls is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Don't submit confidential or proprietary information through a web form. If a conversation requires confidentiality, tell us and we'll put a non-disclosure agreement in place before specifics are discussed.
  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us. If you miss a scheduled call without notice, we may not rebook it.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, photographs, graphics, page layouts, event concepts, frameworks, methodologies, proposals, and the names TIH Signature Experiences and TIH Industries, are owned by TIH Industries LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Proposals, itineraries, budgets, and concepts we prepare for you remain our property until a Client Agreement says otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries or bookings;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or harvest content or contact information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting platform, or any account or system connected to it;
  • introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
  • impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • use our name, marks, or content to imply an endorsement or affiliation we haven't given in writing.

7. Your submissions

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to respond to you, evaluate and propose an engagement, and perform any Client Agreement. Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our services, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted on Systeme.io, and our booking calendar, forms, and analytics rely on third-party providers named in our Privacy Policy. The Site also links to social media platforms and other websites we don't control. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link isn't an endorsement.

9. Results, examples, and testimonials

Descriptions of past events, outcomes, and client results on the Site are illustrative. Event outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including venue and vendor performance, attendance, market conditions, and the client's own decisions. Nothing on the Site guarantees attendance, revenue, sponsorship, capital raised, or any other result for your event.

10. No professional advice

The Site discusses topics such as event risk management, insurance, vendor contracts, and revenue planning. That content is general information about how we work. It isn't legal, tax, insurance, accounting, or investment advice, and it doesn't create an attorney-client, fiduciary, broker, or agency relationship. TIH Signature Experiences isn't an insurance agent or broker and doesn't sell or bind insurance. Consult your own licensed advisors about your specific situation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIH Industries LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don't warrant that the Site will meet your requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its hosting platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIH Industries LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and it doesn't apply to obligations under a signed Client Agreement, which has its own liability terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TIH Industries LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@tihindustries.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" that identifies the work, identifies the material you believe is infringing and where it appears on the Site, provides your contact information, states in good faith that the use isn't authorized, states under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and includes your physical or electronic signature.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and TIH Industries LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waives any objection based on inconvenient forum. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

16. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and we may restrict or terminate your access, at any time and without notice if we believe you've violated these Terms or if we stop operating the Site.

17. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Client Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and TIH Industries LLC about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Section headings are for convenience only. Sections 5, 7, and 9 through 17 survive any termination.

Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed September 26, 2026

Our commitment

TIH Signature Experiences wants every person to be able to read this Site, contact us, and book a call, whatever tools they use to browse the web. Accessibility is part of how we produce events, and it's part of how we build our own website. We treat the Americans with Disabilities Act's requirement that businesses open to the public be accessible as applying to our website, and we design and maintain the Site with that in mind.

Standard we work to

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the current W3C Recommendation. Our current status is partially conformant: most of the Site meets Level AA, and we're working through the exceptions listed below. We haven't yet commissioned an independent third-party audit; the review behind this statement was a self-evaluation using automated testing tools and manual keyboard checks.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading order on every page, so screen readers and assistive technology can navigate by structure.
  • Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast minimums, including white and gold text on black and black text on white.
  • Every link, button, and form field can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Every form field has a programmatically associated label, and required fields are marked.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so they're skipped.
  • Animation and motion are disabled for visitors whose system or browser sends a reduced-motion preference.
  • No content flashes, no audio plays automatically, and no time limits are imposed on reading or completing a form.
  • Pages reflow for small screens and for browser zoom up to 400 percent without loss of content.

Known limitations

  • Booking calendar and forms. Our discovery call calendar and some forms are provided by third-party platforms (Systeme.io and Google). We've configured them as accessibly as their settings allow, but we don't control their underlying code. If any part of the booking or intake process is difficult to use, call or email us and we'll book the call or take your information directly.
  • Photography. Some venue and event photographs were added before our current alt-text standard. We're reviewing and correcting them page by page.
  • Documents. Proposals and event materials are usually delivered as PDF. On request we'll provide any document in an accessible format such as tagged PDF, Word, or large print.
  • Third-party content. Social media platforms and other websites we link to are outside our control.

Compatibility

The Site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, and with screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. It doesn't require JavaScript to read its content.

Accessibility at our events

Every event we produce includes an accessibility review of the venue and program, and we work with our clients to arrange accommodations for guests who request them. If you're attending an event we're producing and need an accommodation, contact the event host or contact us directly and we'll coordinate it.

Feedback and alternative access

If you encounter a barrier on this Site, need information in a different format, or would rather book a call or send an inquiry by phone or email, contact us. Tell us the page you were on and what happened, and we'll respond within five business days.
